Tingling
Tingling is the sensation of pins and needles in the fingertips, toes, or throughout the hands and legs, commonly due to nerve compression from a slip disc or other systemic conditions such as vitamin B12 deficiency, diabetes or thyroid disorders.

Symptoms
Spinal Origin Nerve Compression (Slip Disc) The most common cause. A herniated cervical or lumbar disc compresses a nerve, sending tingling along its entire path — into the neck, shoulders, arms, fingers, buttocks, legs or feet depending on the level affected.
Systemic Origin Medical & Metabolic Causes Systemic conditions that affect nerve health can cause widespread tingling in the hands and feet independently of the spine. Vitamin B12 Deficiency, Diabetes, Thyroid Disorders, Anaemia
