Buttocks Pain
Buttocks pain is pain in one or both buttocks due to disc bulge, muscle tightness, stiffness, or joint and bone pathology.

Symptoms
(Muscle Origin) Piriformis & Gluteal Tightness - Tight or inflamed gluteal muscles and piriformis syndrome — where the piriformis muscle irritates the sciatic nerve directly — cause deep buttock pain that may radiate down the leg.
(Joint / Bony Origin) Sacroiliac & Hip Joint - Sacroiliac joint dysfunction, hip arthritis, or other bony and joint pathology in the pelvic region can generate localised or radiating buttock pain independently of the spine.

Morning stiffness and gluteal tightness that may ease or worsen with movement
